This tip sheet provides information and resources to help women take care of their oral health during pregnancy. Topics include getting care, practicing good oral hygiene, eating healthy foods, and practicing other healthy behaviors. Additional topics include taking care of their infant’s gums and teeth and asking their pediatric health professional to check their infant’s mouth starting at age 6 months.
